As an organization, we are committed to revitalizing our target area through quality, affordable homeownership and housing initiatives.

Affordability is a cornerstone of the Project Build a Future (PBAF) mission, but it is not what defines our work. We pride ourselves on providing quality services to the community and building quality homes for our clients.

We strive to build and rehabilitate homes that beautify our community, homes that give pride and hope to potential homebuyers and an opportunity for lasting financial stability.

Our homebuyer counseling program and other financial education programs lay a solid foundation for financial success for our clients. PBAF has seen NO foreclosures on any of its homes since our inception in 2001.

Public recognition of your support

Project Build a Future amplifies its appreciation of your contribution by using public platforms to show our thanks, widen awareness of your civic generosity, and encourage others to give to us, too. Here is how donations and grants are recognized:

All donors

• Posted on Project Build a Future’s social media feed.
• Noted in visual media presentations.

$10,000 or more: PARTNER Status

The items above, plus:

• Celebrated in a press release in multiple media formats.
• Recognized in annual report.
• Recognized on our “Our Supporters” website page for one year.
• Highlighted in visual media presentations.
• Identified in multiple printed marketing formats, such as brochures and bags.
• Invitations to agency and community events.

$25,000 or more: BUILDER status

All of the above, plus:

• Recognition for one-and-a-half years.
• Dedicated construction site signage during the home-building phase.
• Invitations to client, open house, agency, and community events.

$100,000 or more: GOLD KEY status

All of the above, plus:

• Recognition for two years or project duration, whichever is longer.
• A video thank-you.
• Display on the agency’s Donor Recognition Wall.
