Project Build a Future (PBAF) has been committed to providing quality homes at affordable prices since 2001.

To build these homes we work with local contractors and builders that generously reduce their overhead costs to help build quality homes for those in need. In turn, this helps to keep the cost of the homes down, making them more affordable for the community without sacrificing the quality of the finished product.

Our homes include energy-efficient features and beautiful finishes, such as crown molding, ceiling fans and open-concept floor plans. PBAF homebuyers can help make selections for their home by choosing the color of the flooring, the finish of the electrical fixtures or the interior paint colors.

At the end of the 3-6 month construction process, the homebuyer can move into the home with a traditional mortgage or under a lease-to-purchase program and lease for up to six months, at which time the mortgage is put in place and the family becomes the official homeowners!

Floor Plans

From the start, we focused on building typical 3-bedroom homes. However, as the Baby Boomer population ages and retires, there is a growing need for smaller, more manageable homes. In response to this need, we now offer 2-bedroom floor plan options. This new offering will provide housing not only for empty nesters, but also for young homeowners who are just starting out. The smaller home size is better for those who are looking to downsize or for those who do not need as much space.
